Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in prioritizing features and functionalities based on business goals and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product development.
  • Support the product launch process, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in analyzing product metrics and data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
  • Passion for technology and a strong understanding of current industry trends.
