Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Qualification

  • Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads based on established criteria.
  • Prioritize and focus efforts on high-value opportunities.

Sales Consultation

  • Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Bacancy Technology's products and services effectively.

Closing Strategies

  • Implement effective sales strategies to successfully close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize objection-handling techniques to address concerns and hesitations.

Collaboration With Sales Team

  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and streamlined sales process.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound sales.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of sales inquiries and closures.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in inbound sales, focusing on closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a keen understanding of client needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and customer demands.
