Summary

We are seeking experienced IBM Maximo Asset Management Technical Developers and Functional Leads to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing solutions within the Maximo platform to optimize asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities

For Technical Developer: Develop, configure, and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet business requirements
  • Work with MBOs, Java, Automation Scripts, REST APIs, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for integrations.
  • Implement workflows, automation scripts, change classfiles and database configurations in Maximo
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo applications.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.

For Functional Leads:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design Maximo solutions.
  • Configure Maximo applications, including workflows, roles, security groups, domains, and classifications.
  • Provide expertise on Asset, Work, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with system capabilities.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, configurations, and integrations.
  • Experience in Automation Scripts (Python, JavaScript), MIF, REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, DB2, or Oracle databases.
  • Knowledge of Maximo industry solutions and add-ons is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
