We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our tech team and ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through automation and monitoring.

Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with development and DevOps teams to implement automation, monitoring, and incident response practices that maintain high availability and system health.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Finacle operations.
  • Skilled in Java programming.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Experienced with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Capable of conducting root cause investigations.
  • Experienced in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience in API and load testing using Gatling and JMeter

Responsibilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams; adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficient in automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues.
  • Strong in incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
