Hutech Solution's 3rd Annual Day Celebration - 2023

Humantech Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.(Hutech Solutions) celebrated its 3rd Annual Day as well as Family Day on 29th January, 2023. The ceremony was hosted in the premises of HSR Club, Bangalore where all the associates of Hutech Solutions joined along with their close family and friends. The chief Guest of the ceremony Mr. P.S Madhukumar, Dean XIME, Bangalore graced the occasion with his presence. Mr. Madhukumar is a distinguished academician, corporate leader and a scientist who has served the nation in many capacities.

The ceremony was inaugurated with the lighting of lamps by dignitaries like Mr. P S Madhukumar, Chief Guest, Dean-XIME, Bangalore, Mr. Pravat Ranjan Rana, CEO and Founder of Hutech Solutions and Mr. Ramesh Reddy, Chief Speaker and Academician.

Followed by the lamp lighting ceremony, the Keynote speech was given by the founder and CEO, Hutech Solutions, Pravat Ranjan Rana. He addressed the audience and highlighted the mission, vision, work culture and many other important aspects of the organization. He spoke about the driving force behind Hutech’s growth from being a two member team to a seventy member organization and projected the growth for the forthcoming years.

Madhu Kumar PS enlightened the audience by showcasing the contribution of IT Industry in the GDP growth of the country. The emerging sector has not only provided employment to the youth but has also played a key role in solving many problem areas. India which is already under the world’s lens because of digitised money and other instruments is also considered as the World leader in the forthcoming decades.

Mr. Ramesh Reddy who is very well known in the tech hub Bangalore, who sacrificed his well-paid corporate job to train freshers in Java and advanced Java can never be discounted. He has trained more than 50,000 trainees who hold a very good position across the industry. In his speech he emphasized on how Hutech Solution is instrumental in accepting these trained professionals and plays a key role in shaping their future. He threw light that it not only accepts young people but also empowers many by guiding them learn new skills based on their area of interest which also adheres to meet the organization goals.

Mrs. Swayamprava Nanda, Head of HR- Hutech Solutions briefed the Press with the organization’s initiative to support Women empowerment by giving employment to many women seeking their chance to return to work where not only the urban citizens are facilitated but also many people from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are also getting benefited. She also shared how the entity supports culture and diversity and believes in celebrating many cultural events like Onam, Christmas, Ethnic Day and many other Indian festivals and the associates actively participate in these events. Mrs. Amlana Aparajita, Head Business Operations shared the journey of Hutech Solutions in the past three years, she also shared the insights on the different phases of growth, challenges and culture to which the organization adheres to. She also emphasized on the different training and certification program (Okta, React, Node, Java, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, MuleSoft etc.) which aimed at the individual as well as institutional growth.

Hutech Solution’s Delivery Head, Mr. Rajeev Iyer has thrown light on the different projects running under the umbrella of Hutech as well as shared the key points how they stand apart and leave a footprint in every domain they have worked. The diverse domain in which they have worked varies from Human Resource (Reward and Recognition), Green Energy, E-Vehicle, Logistic and Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Identity and Access Management etc. In this short span of time the organization has made an impressive mark in the industry.

The event took a glowing turn when the Head of Engineering of Hutech, Mrs. Geetha Presenna Kumari shared the news of @HutechLabs. Under the initiative of @HutechLabs, the organization will come up with innovative solutions to resolve many critical issues in health care, education, retail, e-commerce and other key areas with the help of robotics and drone technology. The tagline of @HutechLabs is “ Creating a better tomorrow” and they strongly believe that under this initiative they can make a difference in people’s life for which they have joined hands with one of the well known hospital and medical college of Odisha where they can provide robotic solutions to handle patient registration processes, tele medicines, chatbots to guide patients etc.
